The Buena Park Event Center (or Orange County Venue Hall, hereinafter referred to as "the Venue") provides hall rentals for a diverse range of events, including but not limited to parties, quinceañeras, wedding receptions, sweet 16's, corporate events, and much more.
Reservation Process: Reservation of our halls and event spaces is facilitated through our online booking form. Upon submission of the inquiry form, a representative from the Venue will contact you to further discuss your event details, confirm availability, and proceed with the reservation process. Please note that the submission of the online form does not guarantee reservation until confirmed by the Venue.
Event Coordination: The Venue offers event coordination services to assist clients in planning and executing their events seamlessly. While every effort is made to accommodate your preferences and requirements, availability of specific dates, amenities, and catering services may vary and are subject to confirmation.
Deposit Requirement: To secure your reservation, a deposit may be required. The deposit amount and terms will be communicated to you during the reservation process. Please be advised that failure to remit the deposit within the specified timeframe may result in the release of the reservation date.
Catering Services: The Venue may offer catering services for events upon request. Catering options, menus, and pricing will be discussed during the event planning process. Please notify us of any dietary restrictions or special requests in advance to ensure a satisfactory dining experience.
Liability: It is mandatory that renters obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their event(s). This will be discussed during the event planning process and coordination.
Changes and Cancellations: Any changes or cancellations to your reservation must be communicated to the Venue in writing and are subject to our cancellation policy, which may include forfeiture of the deposit or additional fees. This will be discussed during the event planning process and coordination.
Final Agreement: A final agreement between you and the Venue regarding the use of the facilities and services for your event will be required.
